Think you’ve got what it takes to run a business in San Andreas?
We’re looking for ambitious, creative, and reliable players ready to open and manage their own business in the city.
Whether it’s food, vehicles, entertainment, or something entirely unique. If you’ve got the vision, we want to see it.
Check below for the requirements and application form to get started.
To apply for a player-owned business in the city, you must meet the following criteria:
1) Active Playtime
- Minimum of 2 weeks active playtime on the server.
This ensures you’re familiar with the server and its community.
(at the beginning phase of the server exceptions can be made)
2) Rules
- All business activities must stay within server rules, including economy guidelines, fair play, and realistic RP.
Abuse of business systems or using it for rule-breaking purposes will result in revocation.
We expect business owners to lead by example.
3) Clean Record
- Applicant has to have a clean or reasonable disciplinary (criminal) record.
As normal business owners should be legal and have no mayor crimes on there record.
This includes no recent bans, warnings, or serious rule violations issued outside the city.
4) Business Idea
- Your business must bring something fresh or well-integrated into the existing city landscape.
Whether it’s a car dealership, a nightclub, or something custom, it should make sense for the RP world and enhance the server’s economy and immersion.
5) Business Plan
A written proposal outlining the following:
- Name, concept, location preference.
- Services/products offered.
- How your business will interact with other players.
Creativity and thoroughness are encouraged.
6) Financial Commitment
Starting a business requires an in-character financial investment. This simulates startup costs like:
- Licenses, property leases, equipment, vehicles, employees salaries, and so on.
Prices of leases may vary based on the type and scale of the business and the current economy.
7) Staffing & Roleplay Plans
- You should have a plan for hiring or partnering with other characters.
Solo operations are allowed, but businesses that involve others create more dynamic roleplay opportunities and so have priority
8) Ongoing Engagement
- Business owners must commit to keeping their RP and business active.
- Regular events, promotions, or customer interactions are expected.
Inactive or abandoned businesses may be foreclosed or transferred to other players.
9) Open Communication
Business owners are expected to maintain open communication with server staff and the Dept. of Commerce (DOCOM) regarding business performance or any issues that may arise.
Feedback, updates, and suggestions are always encouraged – your input helps shape a stronger, more dynamic city for everyone.
